RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Baby Mang by Matthew O’Brien offers a fully bespoke service on all items. Each product is personalised and made to order. For this reason, we do not accept returns, refunds, cancellations, or amendments once an order has been placed. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
FAULTY ITEMS
If you believe you have received a faulty item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We will investigate the issue, and if a manufacturing fault is confirmed, we will arrange for the item to be repaired or replaced.
To report a potential fault, please contact info@mattobrien.co.uk.
We may request that the item is returned for inspection. Repairs for confirmed manufacturing faults will be carried out free of charge. However, if the issue is found to be due to misuse, negligence, or general wear and tear, we will not be able to offer a repair or replacement.
Please note: slight variations in colour, texture, or finish may occur due to the bespoke, handcrafted nature of our products. These variations are not considered faults.

All baby bedding provided by Baby Mang is intended strictly for decorative purposes only.
“Baby bedding” includes, but is not limited to: cushions, pillows, sheets, quilts, cot bumpers, plush bears, and other decorative accessories.
These items must not be used by your baby for sleeping, covering, playing, or interacting. When your baby is sleeping, all decorative items—including cot bumpers—must be removed from the crib. This guidance aligns with current NHS safe sleep advice.
Items such as cot bumpers, cushions, soft toys, and embellished accessories (including pearls, lace, or adornments) pose risks such as overheating, suffocation, or choking if used improperly. Embellished items are for display only and must never be used as functional sleep accessories.

Baby Mang is not responsible for educating customers on safe sleep practices.
